  • Click the link below to schedule your bloodwork at Quest Diagnostics. Labs should be obtained before 10am.

  • Be sure to schedule your labs at least one week prior to your follow-up visit.

  • If we haven’t already done so, we will contact you to schedule your follow up appointment. If medications are being sent to you, we will get your first set of labs approximately 6 weeks after starting your medication.
