1. Schedule Your Labs
Click the link below to schedule your bloodwork at Quest Diagnostics. Labs should be obtained before 10am.
Be sure to schedule your labs at least one week prior to your follow-up visit.

If we haven’t already done so, we will contact you to schedule your follow up appointment. If medications are being sent to you, we will get your first set of labs approximately 6 weeks after starting your medication.
