Dr. Mills is the premier board-certified, fellowship-trained Men’s Health expert on the California Central Coast. He earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Mills completed his Internship in General Surgery and Urology Residency at UCLA and further honed his expertise in Men’s Health and Andrology with fellowship training at the University of Washington. His advanced microsurgical, fertility, and prosthetic surgical skills have been recognized in 19 scientific publications over the last decade.
Now living in Santa Barbara with his wife and daughters, Dr. Mills is dedicated to providing cutting-edge, personalized care to help men regain their vitality and achieve optimal health through TRT and other specialized treatments.
